Inside the hive
We help turn your goals and existing material into a clear direction, build the agreed experience, and give you the files and guidance to use it. Your scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
01 · Discover
We clarify who you want to reach, what you want them to understand or do, and the material you already have.
02 · Design
We shape your story and visual direction into a coherent page or brand, with a clear review point before building.
03 · Build
We develop the approved design into the agreed files and applications. For websites, we connect the agreed capabilities and test responsive behavior and accessibility.
04 · Launch
We check the agreed deliverables and hand over your files and guidance. For websites, that includes the visitor path, approved launch, access, and updates.
Before work begins
A deposit reserves a fixed-scope core project, with the remaining balance due after design approval and before launch. Advanced builds use the discovery, milestones, payment schedule, and third-party costs stated in their proposal.
Good to know
We agree the schedule after reviewing your scope, content, required decisions, and current availability. Work begins when the agreed inputs are ready. Stores, portals, migrations, and integrations receive a schedule specific to their requirements.
For Personal Website, a current résumé or profile, rough notes, and any approved portrait or work examples are a useful start. We help shape the website copy; you confirm the facts and what may be public. Business projects use your existing identity and content where available. Store and portal discovery includes their specific operational requirements.
Shopify Store Planning defines your catalog, buying journey, payments, shipping, ownership and support needs. Planning is quoted to scope and does not include store implementation. A build is a separate engagement; its existing starting point is $4,500, with scope and fee confirmed separately. Shopify subscriptions, premium themes, apps, transaction fees, photography and large catalog entry remain separate.
We offer client portal discovery to define users, data, workflows, integrations, and security requirements. It produces a prototype and implementation proposal. A production build is a separate commitment, made only after the required delivery and operating evidence is confirmed.
Yes. The Digital Launch Kit covers branded screen and social assets. The Print + Swag Kit covers business cards, letterhead, merch-ready applications, print specifications, and production files. Printing, merchandise, samples, shipping, taxes, and vendor minimums are paid separately.
Yes. Business Email is available as a focused launch add-on. It can include domain verification, professional addresses, role-based inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, essential security checks, delivery testing, and an owner-ready handoff. Google subscriptions, complex migrations, ongoing mailbox administration, and regulated or enterprise configurations are scoped separately.
Every website includes a sound technical and on-page SEO foundation: descriptive metadata, semantic structure, crawl controls, sitemap support, social sharing data, and performance-minded delivery. Product content, local SEO programs, ongoing content, backlink work, and ranking guarantees are not included unless separately scoped.
Personal Website and Logo + One-Page Website include one consolidated revision round. Brand Identity + Website includes two; Expanded Brand + Website includes three. Each proposal defines its review points and how additional work is scoped.
You receive the final approved deliverables and website source or export, with the agreed account access and update guidance. Personal Website uses your name as the visual foundation; a custom logo or full brand system is separate. Third-party platforms, fonts, themes, apps, and other licensed material retain their own terms.
You receive the agreed files, account access, update guidance, and handoff. Personal Website has no required ongoing RawBee subscription; domain and hosting charges are separate. Expanded Brand + Website includes 30 days of post-launch tweaks. Optional care has its own agreed coverage and price.
Yes. Personal Website is a $900 professional website for one person pursuing employment, freelance work, or consulting. It includes one page with up to six sections and 800 words of guided website copy, name-based presentation, email contact, an optional supplied public résumé PDF, one revision round, and handoff.
Personal Website presents your experience and work under your own name. Logo + One-Page Website adds a business logo or wordmark, a core color and typography kit, and a one-page business website. Personal Website does not include a custom logo, résumé rewriting, recruiting, a store, or booking and payment integrations.
No. A professional website can be the complete project. If you later need a business identity, launch materials, professional email, or a more involved digital project, we can discuss the next scope when it becomes useful. Hiring, follower counts, sales, and revenue are not guaranteed.
