Information we collect
The inquiry form collects information that a visitor chooses to provide. Required fields are name, email address, and a description of the business need. Organization, service interest, timing, and budget context are optional.
The site and its security providers also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This may include the source page, submission date and time, IP address, browser or device signals, and anti-abuse verification results. For rate limiting, the site combines an IP address and email address with a private salt and stores a one-way hash rather than the original combination. The hash is used for a one-hour rate-limit window and is deleted within 24 hours after that window expires.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to review and respond to requests, assess project fit, communicate about possible services, maintain business records, operate the website, prevent spam and abuse, troubleshoot failures, and comply with applicable obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe the sender to a marketing list and does not create a client relationship.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers to host and secure the website, verify inquiry submissions, measure aggregate website traffic and performance, store pending inquiries, and support business operations. Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, Turnstile verification, Web Analytics, and database infrastructure. These providers process information for the services they provide to us.
The inquiry form does not send an email notification or auto-reply. A successful submission is stored in the dedicated inquiry database and confirmed in the visitor's browser. If we accept an inquiry, we create a lead record in our private business-operations system and may use ordinary business tools such as email to communicate with you. We do not automatically share inquiry information with third-party marketing or advertising services.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users, comply with applicable law or legal process, or complete a business transaction involving the studio, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Cookies, browser storage, and tracking
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and page performance. Its JavaScript beacon collects page-view and performance measurements and reports dimensions such as page path, referrer, country, browser, operating system, and device type. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage for analytics, fingerprint individual visitors, or track them across websites.
The site does not currently use advertising cookies, session-replay tools, or cross-site behavioral analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser or device signals, cookies, or local storage as needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
Because we do not currently track visitors across third-party websites for advertising, a browser Do Not Track signal does not change the site's behavior.
Retention
Pending inquiry intake records are deleted 90 days after submission. If we accept or decline an inquiry before then, we delete the intake record within 30 days after that decision. Either period may be extended when reasonably necessary because the record is in a backup, is needed for security or dispute resolution, or is subject to a legal hold.
If an accepted inquiry creates a separate prospective-client or client record in our private business-operations system, we may retain the information needed to manage that relationship and related business, tax, accounting, security, dispute, and legal records. We review those separate records and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices
A person may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry. We may need to verify the requester's identity and may retain information when required or permitted for security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Depending on where a person lives, additional privacy rights may apply. We will review a request under applicable law.
Security
We use administrative and technical measures intended to limit access and protect inquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should not submit passwords, payment card numbers, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.
Other websites and policy updates
The site links to third-party websites that operate under their own privacy practices. We may update this policy when the website, vendors, or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
