The site may be used to learn about the studio, review representative work, and send a legitimate business inquiry. Website information is not a client agreement
Website descriptions, package prices, timelines, availability, and examples provide general information. A project begins only after the studio and the client approve the applicable scope, responsibilities, schedule, fees, third-party costs, and other terms in writing.
If these website terms conflict with a signed or otherwise accepted client agreement, the client agreement controls for that engagement.
Inquiries and confidential information
Sending an inquiry does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or other professional relationship. We may accept, decline, or request more information about an inquiry.
A visitor should not submit confidential trade secrets, passwords, payment card numbers, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the public form.
Intellectual property
The website's original text, design, code, graphics, and studio brand materials are owned by the studio or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Visitors may view the site and retain ordinary browser copies for personal or internal evaluation, but may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from site materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Client, portfolio, platform, and third-party names, logos, screenshots, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

The site may link to or describe third-party websites, software, platforms, themes, fonts, applications, hosting, payment, commerce, or communication services. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the studio's total liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Any responsibility connected to paid services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any action arising out of or relating to these terms or this website must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or its practices. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later website use, subject to applicable law.
