Scope and costs to clarify

The fee covers the published design and preparation scope, including one production-proof review round. Printing, merchandise, physical samples, shipping, taxes, and vendor minimums are separate. A digital proof is not a physical production sample; production approval remains specific to the actual item and vendor.

Bring approved brand files, the exact business details to print, intended merchandise items, and vendor specifications if a vendor is already selected.

How we work together

2. Prepare the applications and vendor-ready specifications.
3. Review the agreed production proof and hand over the checked export package.

What you will review

Review the complete mark and wordmark, printed information, artwork placement, colors, and required file formats. Confirm vendor costs and the production decision separately from accepting the design files.
